About Heels Dance: Find Your Sass
This isn't just about walking in heels; it is about the technical work we do before the music even starts. We focus on ankle strength, posture, and weight distribution so you feel stable and strong while you move. We also record a performance video at the end of every session, so you can watch your own progress and celebrate those sassy wins immediately.
Our Approach to Heels
When we say we are a dance 'laboratory,' we mean it. Dancing in heels is physically demanding, and our classes are designed to build you up from the ground, not just teach you a routine. We focus on fundamental techniques: how to properly engage your core, how to protect your ankles, and how to transition weight gracefully from one step to the next.
What to Expect
Whether you are joining our Sunday Level 1 sessions or the more intensive Friday Level 2 classes, you will find a supportive group. You don’t need to be a pro to walk through our doors. We see everyone from total beginners who have never put on a pair of heels to experienced dancers looking to sharpen their expression and stage presence. We provide the safe space, the mirrors, and the sprung flooring to reduce impact—you just bring your enthusiasm.
