In our contemporary and masterclass sessions, we step away from the mirror and into the feeling. We treat these sessions as a deep dive. Whether we are exploring the raw energy of contact improvisation or the subtle nuances of breathwork, the goal is always personal growth.

• Technique over Imitation: We strip back the flashy elements to focus on core stability, alignment, and release techniques.
• Expert Guidance: We frequently host external industry experts for masterclasses. These sessions are longer (120 to 180 minutes) to allow time for individual correction and technical feedback.
• A Safe Space to Experiment: You will fall, you will mess up, and that is exactly the point. The 'lab' environment ensures that you feel comfortable trying movements that might feel awkward at first.
