How to get started
You do not need a perfect sketch. Just send us a photo or a description of what you have in mind. We will discuss the cord colours, sizes, and the feasibility of the design to ensure you get exactly what you imagined.
Timeline and Logistics
- Custom Pieces: Depending on the complexity, individual custom items can take anywhere from a few days to a week.
- Bulk Orders: For return gifts or corporate orders, we appreciate a heads-up of at least two weeks, though we have pulled off large orders in three days when you really need us.
- Shipping: We ship across India, and yes, we send our handmade goods to the USA and Canada too.
