Apartment Balcony & Terrace Care
Visit Details
- Frequency: 4 visits per month (Once every week).
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per visit.
- Staff: 1 Trained Gardener.
- Suitability: Apartments with balconies or terraces (up to 75 pots).
Routine Maintenance
- Pruning & Trimming: Removing dead leaves and spent flowers to maintain aesthetics.
- Soil Aeration: Loosening topsoil (Gudai) for better root health.
- Weeding: Manual removal of weeds from pots.
- Staking: Supporting weak stems with standard bamboo sticks.
- Cleaning: Wiping dust off indoor broad-leaved plants.
Nutrition & Protection
- Fertilizers: Includes Vermicompost, Bone Meal, or Mustard Cake.
- Supplements: Basic NPK or DAP granules for flowering plants.
- Pest Control: Spraying Neem Oil or fungicides for common pests like mealybugs.
Exclusions
- Lawn Mowing: Not included in this plan.
- Watering: Daily watering remains the client's responsibility.
- Replacements: Cost of new plants or pots is extra.

- Frequency: 4 visits per month (Once every week).
- Duration: 2 to 3 hours per visit.
- Staff: 1 Senior Gardener plus 1 Helper.
- Suitability: Villas with front lawns, backyards, or terrace gardens.
Lawn & Turf Care
- Mowing: Machine cutting of grass to uniform height.
- Edging: Creating crisp lines between grass and flower beds.
- De-weeding: Removing invasive weeds from the turf.
- Patch Repair: Identifying bald spots for reseeding (materials extra).
Advanced Maintenance
- Shaping: Geometric shaping of Ficus or Durantha hedges.
- Tree Pruning: Trimming branches up to 10 feet high to clear pathways.
- Bed Rotation: Digging and replanting seasonal flower beds (plants charged extra).
- Concierge: Bagging green waste and checking irrigation lines.
Soil & Nutrition
- Bulk Materials: Larger quantities of Vermicompost included for open ground.
- Lawn Boosters: Urea or specialized fertilizers for green grass.
