Schedule & Staffing
- Frequency: 3 visits per week (Total 12 visits per month).
- Staff: 1 dedicated gardener per visit with monthly supervisor checks.
Routine Maintenance
- Lawn Care: Manual mowing, edge trimming, and removal of weeds from grass patches.
- Plant Care: Pruning shrubs for shape, deadheading dry leaves, and soil aeration (Gudai).
- Watering: Deep watering of all pots and ground cover during visit hours.
Protection & Supplies
- Pest Check: Visual monitoring for bugs and aphids.
- Inputs: Application of basic neem oil spray. Labor for manure application included (manure cost charged on actuals).
- Cleanup: Sweeping and disposal of green waste to household bins.
One-Time Garden Deep Cleaning & Overhaul
Heavy Duty Pruning
- Clearing: Cutting back overgrown hedges and bougainvillea.
- Lopping: Trimming tree branches up to 10-12 feet to improve light penetration.
- Weeding: Complete removal of wild grass from pots and beds.
Deep Cleaning & Soil Work
- Surface Cleaning: Scrubbing algae off pots and washing paved garden areas.
- Soil Health: Deep hoeing (Gudai) to break hard soil tension.
- Repotting: Labor included for repotting up to 10 plants (pots and soil mix charged extra).
Treatment
- Pest Control: Single round of heavy pesticide application for active infestations.
- Waste: Bagging of all generated green waste (Cartage for removal charged extra).
Lawn Renovation & Carpet Grass Installation
Soil Preparation
- Clearing: Uprooting old grass, weeds, and surface stones.
- Tilling: Manual digging (4-6 inches deep) to loosen soil bed.
- Enrichment: Mixing Cow Dung Manure and river sand into existing soil.
- Grading: Manual leveling to prevent water logging.
Installation
- Material: Supply of pre-grown Mexican or Selection No. 1 carpet grass.
- Laying: Tight installation of grass slabs followed by manual drum rolling.
- Finishing: Initial flooding of the lawn and application of root growth stimulants.

My Story
We’re Bindaas Garden, and honestly, gardening in Delhi can be tough with all the pollution. We started out wanting to make gardens bindaas – no stress, only joy. Been at this for 7+ years, from tiny balconies to big farmhouses. We’re all about air-purifying indoor plants, getting kids into planting at schools, and making green spaces that actually help people breathe better. For us, gardening is therapy, and we want to share that with our city.
