About Our Philosophy & Leadership
When you walk through our Sector 75 campus, you won't find a rigid, top-down curriculum. Instead, you'll see the philosophy of our director, Mr. Vikram Kesarwani, in practice: teachers acting as facilitators, not instructors, and children having the agency to choose their own sensory activities and play paths, ensuring they develop confidence alongside their ABCs.
A Culture of Curiosity
Our educational philosophy is simple: we believe children are born with an innate drive to learn. We don't believe in forcing kids into boxes; instead, we provide the tools and space for them to explore. Whether it’s through our open music space, Lego wall, or sensory play areas, the goal is to spark that 'why' in their eyes. We focus heavily on socio-emotional development, ensuring that empathy and diversity are just as important as fine motor skills.
Why Leadership Matters
At The Learning Space, leadership isn't about administration; it’s about presence. Our director, Mr. Vikram Kesarwani, is a constant fixture at the school. He believes in creating an environment where parents feel connected and children feel safe. This hands-on leadership ensures that our 'Settlers Program' and daily daycare transitions are managed with empathy and patience, not just a set of rules.
Our Commitment to Your Child
- Child-Led Learning: We prioritize activities that follow a child’s natural interests rather than a strict, mandated schedule.
- Holistic Development: Our curriculum covers cognitive, social, and emotional growth through dance, art, yoga, and French basics.
- Open Communication: We believe in partnering with parents. You will find our leadership team always accessible to discuss your child's milestones, challenges, and successes.
By keeping our approach grounded in real-world experiences—like our cultural summer camps and daily storytelling circles—we ensure that every child who comes through our doors leaves with a sense of pride in their own little achievements.
