I run The Huess as an online-only boutique because it allows me to stay true to my 'slow fashion' philosophy. I do not mass-produce, and keeping my operations focused allows me to manage the quality of every single piece, from the initial gold-plated brass base to the final pearl detailing.
The Journey of Your Jewellery
When you place an order, I handle the packing personally. Because these pieces are delicate—featuring synthetic Polki stones and intricate metalwork—I use hard-shell boxes or padded containers to ensure they survive the journey across India. My goal is to ensure that the piece you see online arrives at your doorstep in the exact condition it was created.
Why I Request an Unboxing Video
Since I am a small, independent creator, I cannot manage returns the way massive marketplaces do. The unboxing video policy is simply a practical safeguard. It allows me to verify the condition of the parcel immediately upon delivery. If something has shifted or arrived damaged despite my careful packing, that video helps me resolve the issue for you without any back-and-forth.
