When you place an order, I don't just pick a piece from a shelf. I inspect, clean, and wrap every single pair of earrings myself before it hits the box. Whether it's a single stud or a bulk festive order, I personally stick the thank you note, because I know you aren't just buying jewellery, you are trusting me with your outfit.
Running Miraya is my 24/7 hustle. It is just me, Jasmeet, doing everything from hunting for the best designs to setting up my own lights and tripod for product shoots. People see the final reels, but behind the scenes, there are messy rooms, cancelled shoots, and the real challenge of managing everything solo.
I do not have a big production team, so when you see me in a video, that is exactly what you get. I treat every package like a gift for a friend. The packaging involves anti-tarnish storage checks and a personal thank you note to make sure it reaches you safely. It is not always easy, and sometimes things do not go as planned, but when I get a message from a stranger saying they love the piece, it makes all the struggle worth it. I am not just selling accessories; I am building a relationship with you, one order at a time.
