Standard Room Balloon Package
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling Balloons: 50 to 70 air-filled latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removable masking tape or glue dots. Includes hanging curling ribbons (approx. 1 meter drop).
- Floor Setup: 30 to 40 loose air-filled balloons scattered on the floor.
Decor Accents
- Banner: 1 Standard 'Happy Birthday' foil letter set (16-inch height) or Cardboard Bunting.
- Foil Shapes: 3 to 4 small foil stars or hearts (approx. 18 inches) to accent the wall or bed.
- Lighting: 2 strips of warm-white LED fairy lights (approx. 5-8 meters each).
Specs
- Material: Standard Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons (Non-Chrome).
- Installation: Takes 45 to 90 minutes. 1 Decorator included.
- Note: Balloons are air-filled and taped; helium is not included.
Wooden Cabana Tent Setup
Structure & Draping
- Tent Frame: A 4-pole wooden teepee structure (approx. height 5-6 feet).
- Fabric: White sheer net or lace curtains draped over the frame and tied back with ribbons.
- Base: Setup is done over the client's existing mattress or rug.
Ambiance & Lighting
- Fairy Lights: 5+ strands of LED string lights wrapped around poles and draped inside.
- Candles: 6 to 10 battery-operated flameless candles in safety jars.
- Signage: 1 Neon 'Love' sign or foil banner hung at the entrance.
Decor
- Garland: Organic balloon garland (approx. 6-8 feet) on one side using 80-100 latex balloons.

- Cutouts: 3 to 4 sunboard character cutouts (approx. 2.5 to 3ft tall) on floor stands.
- Cake Display: 1 Cylinder pedestal (white or colored).
- Age Display: 1 Large Foil Number balloon (30-inch) or small LED light-up number.
Floor Setup
- Carpet: Basic runner carpet placed in front of the backdrop.
- Clusters: 2 to 3 extra balloon bunches at the base of cutouts.

- Marquee Numbers: 2 Large (3ft tall) LED Marquee Numbers with bulb lighting.
- Cake Table: 1 to 2 Gold wire-frame or Acrylic pedestals.

- Style: Heavy, dense organic balloon garland draped across the top and side.

If you’ve got a theme in mind, chances are I’ve done it or can whip up something new. For first birthdays, my balloon arch decoration and giant light-up “1” are top picks. Teens love shimmer wall backdrops for that Insta effect, and grown-ups get elegant setups with neon birthday signs or rose gold palettes.

Hey! We’re The Hippo Balloons – party ke asli rang (real colors of the party). We get a kick out of making celebrations pop, whether it’s a tiny birthday at home or a big office bash. Started out wanting to add some colour and masti (fun) to people’s special days. Holi ke rang, party ke sang! Life’s short, celebrate the moments. We’re here for the smiles, the chaos, the memories.
