Entrance Setup
- Balloon Pillars: 2 standard latex balloon columns (approx. 4 ft height) placed at the main door, topped with themed foil balloons (Baby Foot, Bottle, or Stroller shape).
- Floral Walkway: Floor arrangement using loose flower petals (Marigold/Genda or local Rose petals) creating a path or heart shape. Uses standard market-grade loose petals.
Room & Wall Decor
- Ceiling Balloons: 50 to 70 air-filled latex balloons attached to the ceiling using safe removable tape with 5-6 ft dangling ribbons. These are not helium and do not float independently.
- Wall Text: 16-inch Gold/Silver foil letter balloons spelling "WELCOME BABY" or the baby's name (up to 8 characters).
- Fillers: 4 to 6 small star or heart-shaped foil balloons distributed on the wall.

- Duration: Setup takes approximately 90-120 minutes.
