A quick tip from my kitchen: if you want that perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture, just microwave your slice of cake for 20 seconds before eating. It completely transforms the experience and makes the chocolate or vanilla notes pop, especially when you are craving a warm, comforting treat.

I started this journey with a simple rule: if I wouldn't serve it to my own family, it doesn't leave my kitchen. Baking without butter, maida, and eggs felt impossible at first, but it pushed me to find better ways to create texture and flavour.

My cakes rely on the natural goodness of almond flour, oat flour, and dates or jaggery for sweetness. Because I avoid processed ingredients, the result is a denser, more filling cake that doesn't leave you feeling heavy or lethargic.

Many of my customers live far away or want to send a box of love to family in Canada or Germany. I have perfected a vacuum-sealing technique for my 1kg travel loaves that keeps them moist and fresh for 3 to 5 days, making them perfect for international shipping.
