Since 1988, our mission at Thane Badminton Academy has been to produce players who are physically and mentally ready for the national stage. 'Sarvangin vikas'—or all-round growth—is not just a slogan for us; it is our operational framework. If you are aiming for district, state, or international levels, you need more than just technique. We bring in professionals like sports nutritionist Sayali Naik to bridge the gap between training and recovery. Our sessions cover practical topics like:

We integrate gym-based strength and conditioning (resistance bands, agility drills) with our on-court technical sessions. We believe that by creating a controlled environment for nutrition and fitness, we allow our athletes to focus purely on the intensity of their training. Our coaching team, led by Shrikant Vad, works to ensure that every drill has a tactical purpose, helping you build the stamina and explosive power necessary to compete at the highest level.
