Our academy serves as more than just a training facility. We operate as a dedicated system for athletic development. From the early days of coaching at the Dadoji Konddev Stadium to our recent expansions like the Khandu Rangnekar Badminton Hall, our focus has always been on infrastructure that supports serious players.

We believe in 'sarvangin vikas' (all-round growth). This philosophy drives everything from our morning strength and conditioning sessions to our professional racquet stringing services. A player's journey here is supported by a full ecosystem: certified BWF coaches, nutrition planning, and physiotherapy access.

Our track record spans from district-level grassroots initiatives to producing medalists at the Khelo India Youth Games and BWF international circuits. By hosting tournaments like the Thane District Championships, we ensure our athletes face real competition at home.
Whether it is our residential hostel program for outstation players or our intensive day-scholar training for locals, the objective remains the same: to produce resilient athletes. We are proud to work with a diverse group of players, including para-athletes and those just starting their competitive journey, providing them with the same quality of coaching oversight led by Shri Shrikant Vad.
