About Our Design & Build Process
We do not just show you a digital drawing and leave it to chance. Our process moves directly from our 3D architectural renders—which map specific soil conditions and sunlight patterns—to the messy, real-world civil groundwork, ensuring that what you see on the screen is exactly what we build in your garden.
Our design and build process is rooted in the belief that your outdoor space should grow with your lifestyle. It begins with a comprehensive consultation where we visit your site in Salem or beyond to assess the terrain. We perform a physical assessment to map out civil lines, soil health, and sunlight exposure.
Once we understand the ground you are working with, we translate your ideas into actionable plans. This includes creating 2D AutoCAD master layouts and producing 3 to 4 high-definition 3D renders. These visualizations allow you to see exactly how your future garden will look, including plant maturity and lighting effects, before we break a single inch of ground.
After you approve the design, our turnkey execution team takes over. We handle the heavy lifting, from initial excavation and hardscaping (stone pathways, water features, pergolas) to organic soil enrichment and the final planting phase. By managing everything from civil work to softscaping, we eliminate the need for you to coordinate multiple contractors. Whether you are transforming a corporate retreat or a residential lawn, our goal is to provide a seamless transition from a barren plot to a vibrant, living landscape.
