3D Landscape Design & Consultation Package
Phase 1: Consultation & Site Analysis
- Senior Site Visit: Physical assessment by a senior landscape designer to map soil conditions, sunlight patterns, and civil lines.
- Survey: Detailed tape or laser measurement of the outdoor area (up to 2,500 sq. ft. plot limit).
- Mapping: Documentation of functional requirements and style preferences (Zen, Tropical, etc.).
Phase 2: Design Deliverables
- 2D Master Layout: Top-down CAD plan detailing hardscape zones, softscape areas, and lighting points.
- 3D Visualizations: 3 to 4 high-definition rendered views (Day & Night) showing the proposed look, plant maturity, and lighting.
- Plant Palette: Digital lookbook of proposed trees, shrubs, and groundcovers suited for the local climate.
Phase 3: Handover
- BOQ Estimation: Budget estimate for the execution of the designed plan.
- Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of minor changes in layout or plant selection.
Premium Lawn Installation & Softscaping
Soil Preparation
- Clearance & Grading: Removal of debris and weeds followed by manual leveling to ensure proper water runoff.
- Enrichment: Application of a 2 to 3 inch layer of Red Garden Soil mixed with Organic Manure and Vermicompost for root health.
Planting & Lawn
- Carpet Grass: Installation of pest-free, mature Mexican or Bermuda Grass slabs (Carpet method) for immediate green cover.
- Border Planting: Planting of standard ornamental shrubs (Crotons, Eranthemum, etc.) along edges in 6x6 inch nursery bags.
- Initial Care: First watering, rolling for grass setting, and application of rooting hormones.
Hardscaping: Stone Pathways & Paving
Civil Base Work
- Excavation: Digging and compacting the earth to required depth.
- PCC Bed: Laying a 3 to 4 inch reinforced Plain Cement Concrete (M20 grade) base to ensure stability and prevent undulation.
- Mortar Bed: 1 inch cement mortar mix for fixing the stone.
Stone Installation
- Materials: Choice of Natural Stone (Flamed Granite, Tandur, Kadappa), Cobblestones, or Heavy duty Pavers.
- Patterning: Installation in Staggered, Herringbone, or Stepping Stone patterns based on design.
- Finishing: Grouting joints with weather proof outdoor material or filling gaps with pebbles/grass as per design.
- Edging: Concealed edging or concrete haunching to lock the pathway in place.
Vertical Bio-Wall & Green Facades
Structural System
- Framing: Fabrication and fixing of anti rust MS (Mild Steel) framework or mesh on the wall.
- Modules: High density, UV stabilized Polypropylene (PP) planter modules or Geotextile pockets.
Plant Scaping
- Density: High density planting (approx. 25 to 35 plants per sq. ft.) for immediate coverage.
- Selection: Air purifying and hardy varieties like Ferns, Philodendrons, and Rhoeo Discolor.
- Medium: Lightweight, moisture retaining coco peat mix to reduce wall load.
Irrigation Setup
- Drip System: Integrated lateral pipes with pressure compensating drippers for each module row.
- Drainage: Bottom collection channel to manage excess water runoff.
