More Than a Game: Our Social Mission

We are not just a coaching academy, we are a street-to-stadium pipeline for kids who need a break. Our work goes beyond the pitch because we know that discipline on the field translates to better choices off it. When we get featured in the Sunday Mid-Day, it is not for the trophies we win, but for the kids we keep off the streets and in the game.

Football gave us a way out, so we decided to make it a way in for others. We see kids slipping into the wrong crowd every single day, and we know exactly what it takes to pull them back. Our social mission focuses on high-risk, high-potential youth who just need a chance to prove themselves.

We provide more than just free coaching. We provide structure, the 'mentality monster' training we are known for, and a community that holds you accountable. Whether it is fasting during Ramadan while scoring goals or training in the peak Mumbai heat, our kids show the grit that defines the TFA Family.

We bridge the gap between street talent and professional pathways. By integrating these athletes into our competitive squads, they get exposure to MFA leagues, tournament tours, and scout opportunities that were previously out of reach. We do not just build footballers, we build character.
