We don’t do soft sessions here. Our training follows a rigorous 3-month pre-season cycle, focused purely on agility, plyometrics, and R360 cognitive drills. You will be working with AIFF and AFC licensed coaches who treat every training block like a matchday, ensuring your tactical intelligence matches your physical output.

Success on the pitch comes from the work nobody sees. Our Training & Development program is built on the same methodologies used by top European clubs, brought directly to the turf in Mumbai. Whether you are aiming for youth league selection or just want to sharpen your technical game, we push you to your limit.

The TFA Training Methodology

We focus on a 360-degree approach to player development. This includes:

• Cognitive Speed: We use R360 drills to improve decision-making under pressure. You learn to read the game faster than your opponent.
• Conditioning: Our sessions integrate plyometrics and agility hurdles, ensuring you have the engine to last the full 90 minutes.
• Tactical Intelligence: We don't just teach you how to kick a ball. We teach you positioning, spatial awareness, and the tactical nuances of match play.
