Whether your child is just starting at age 3.5 or training for the MFA youth leagues, our batches are strictly grouped by age to keep the learning curve right for every player.
Our Approach to Grassroots Football
At Kopana, we treat every session as an opportunity to build character. We move away from the traditional coach-heavy approach where the trainer just gives orders. Instead, our coaches engage players with questions, encouraging them to think for themselves, solve problems on the field, and make decisions in real-time.
Programs for Every Stage
We operate across premium artificial turf grounds in Juhu and Bandra, keeping training consistent regardless of the weather.
- Toddlers (U4-U6): Our focus is on motor skills, ball familiarity, and creating a fun environment where kids fall in love with the game.
- Juniors (U8-U14): We introduce structured dribbling mechanics, passing accuracy, and positional awareness through 60 to 90-minute sessions.
- Competitive Pathway: For players with higher ambitions, our Advanced Squad Program focuses on tactical education, physical conditioning, and match simulations, preparing them for official MFA youth leagues.
