Before any cement is mixed, you will see your future terrace in a detailed 3D walkthrough. This is not just a concept, but our exact blueprint for execution. It ensures that the pergolas, water features, and seating zones you approve are exactly what we build on your site, preventing any guesswork once construction begins.
How We Build Your Vision
We bridge the gap between imagination and reality by managing the entire project in-house. We do not rely on sub-contractors, which means we control the quality of the civil work, waterproofing, and finishings from start to finish.
1. Site Study & Consultation Every project begins with a site visit to assess structural feasibility, drainage, and light conditions. Whether you have a high-rise balcony in Mumbai or a farmhouse terrace in Gurgaon, we study the space to ensure the design is technically sound.
2. 3D Visualization We turn your ideas into a concrete plan. You will see the placement of your gazebo, the lighting layout, and the greenery setup before we move a single brick. This eliminates surprises and lets you tweak the design while it is still on the screen.
3. In-House Execution This is where the real work happens. Our team handles the heavy lifting:
- Civil Work & Waterproofing: Essential for long-term terrace health.
- Fabrication: We build custom MS pergolas, bars, and seating structures.
- Hardscaping: We install everything from vitrified tiles to natural stone cladding.
4. Final Touches We handle the installation of planters, automated irrigation systems, mood lighting, and outdoor furniture. We only hand over the space once it is clean, ready for your first evening tea.
