A. Layout & Hardscaping
- Design Phase: Includes site measurement, 2D layout planning for table covers, and basic 3D conceptual renders (up to 2 revisions).
- Flooring Mix: Heavy-duty Artificial Turf (35mm-45mm pile height, high density) combined with anti-skid ceramic outdoor tiles or concrete pavers for high-traffic pathways.
- Drainage: Basic slope correction to ensure rainwater flow.
B. Structures & Fabrication
- Signature Pergola: Custom Mild Steel (MS) Pergola structures (grid or slat design) finished with PU paint to mimic a wooden texture (Weather-proof and termite-proof).
- Service Counter: Civil structure construction for a small outdoor bar or service station, finished with granite top and basic tile cladding.
