Turnkey Rooftop Café & Lounge Setup
A. Layout & Hardscaping
- Design Phase: Includes site measurement, 2D layout planning for table covers, and basic 3D conceptual renders (up to 2 revisions).
- Flooring Mix: Heavy-duty Artificial Turf (35mm-45mm pile height, high density) combined with anti-skid ceramic outdoor tiles or concrete pavers for high-traffic pathways.
- Drainage: Basic slope correction to ensure rainwater flow.
B. Structures & Fabrication
- Signature Pergola: Custom Mild Steel (MS) Pergola structures (grid or slat design) finished with PU paint to mimic a wooden texture (Weather-proof and termite-proof).
- Service Counter: Civil structure construction for a small outdoor bar or service station, finished with granite top and basic tile cladding.
- Feature Wall: Focal point wall utilizing WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) louvers or UV-resistant artificial vertical garden panels.
C. Lighting & Decor
- Ambience Lighting: Waterproof LED strip lighting along flooring borders and pergola beams, plus filament-style pendant lights for covered seating.
- Planters & Greenery: FRP planters (Geometric shapes) with hardy, low-maintenance ornamental plants or high-quality artificial shrubs.
- Signage Prep: Electrical points and backing provided for neon brand signage installation.

A. Premium Civil & Hardscaping
- Luxury Flooring: Installation of premium outdoor GVT tiles or Flamed Granite in checkerboard or geometric patterns, including pebble-filled borders with epoxy grouting.
- Stage Area: Construction of a permanent or semi-permanent stage platform with reinforced flooring for heavy event usage.
- Grand Entrance: Design and execution of an entrance archway or pathway lined with decorative columns.
B. Thematic Structures & Water Features
- Gazebos & Cabanas: Heavy-duty MS Gazebos with tensile fabric roofing or polycarbonate sheets, designed for VIP seating areas.
- Water Body: Construction of a decorative feature, either a vertical stone-clad waterfall wall or a programmed fountain nozzle setup (includes pump and filtration).
- Decorative Screening: CNC laser-cut metal jaali partitions or WPC screens to mask utility areas like AC units.
C. Lighting & Softscaping
- Event Lighting: Installation of decorative vintage lamp posts, focus lights for the stage, and warm white profile lighting embedded in steps and walls.
- Selfie Zones: Creation of a specific photobooth corner with floral backdrops (artificial high-grade silk) or neon-ready accent walls.
- Acoustic & Privacy: Taller plantation (Bamboo or Ficus Panda) along boundary walls for privacy and noise buffering.

A. Wet Civil Works & Decking
- Pool/Jacuzzi Construction: Complete civil structure for a plunge pool or water body, including waterproofing, glass mosaic tiling, filtration plant installation, and balancing tank.
- Premium Decking: Installation of IPE Wood (Real Brazilian Walnut) or ultra-premium WPC decking, installed on a rot-proof aluminum or treated wood framework.
- Glass Railings: Frameless toughened glass railings (12mm) with SS fittings for unobstructed views.
