The perfect example of what's possible. I took a standard Noida terrace and converted it into a complete rooftop lounge, featuring a custom pergola, a stylish bar area, a water feature, and full landscaping with artificial grass and vertical gardens.

Need an all-weather room on your roof? I build insulated porta cabins with glass walls like this one. It's a fully functional extra room, complete with electricals and AC, perfect for a home office, gym, or a lounge you can use year-round.
This is a 3D design I created for a client. It helps you see exactly what you'll get. This concept includes a wooden pergola with a privacy screen, a tranquil water feature with a Buddha statue, and smart landscape lighting.

Before I start any work, I provide a detailed 3D design for your space. This is how you see exactly what the finished terrace will look like before a single brick is laid. No surprises and no guess-work, just a clear plan that we follow until the final finish.
When you have an empty terrace, it is essentially a blank canvas. Whether you want a quiet spot for tea or a space to host parties, I handle the transformation from start to finish. My process in Delhi NCR is built on transparency. I use heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) hollow tubes for structural frames, ensuring your pergola or cabin stands firm against the weather.
For roofing, I prefer ACP sheets with a 12-year warranty, but I can also use translucent Polycarbonate or CNC cut Jali panels if you want more light. If you need a more private, all-weather setup, I build insulated porta cabins with toughened glass walls, perfect for home offices, gyms, or lounges.
My landscaping work uses high-density artificial grass (25mm to 35mm pile height) because it stays green year-round without the maintenance of real plants. I mix this with vertical gardens, custom-built bar counters, and water features like WPC louver fountains to make the space feel alive.
