About Women's Empowerment & Self-Defense
You won't just learn kicks and punches here. My workshops focus on situational awareness—teaching you to recognize threats and use your voice before things escalate. We practice grip escapes and de-escalation techniques that actually work when you are caught off guard. It is about building the mindset that you can handle yourself, not just the physical move. My goal with the Women's Empowerment & Self-Defense program is simple: to make sure you leave feeling capable and confident. Whether you are coming for a one-day workshop or ongoing training, the environment is inclusive, hijab-friendly, and judgment-free.
What We Cover in Workshops
Our 3-hour intensive sessions are designed for groups of up to 50, perfect for schools, corporate teams, or community groups. We break down:
- Threat Recognition: Learning to spot potential danger before it happens.
- Verbal De-escalation: Using your voice loudly and clearly to set boundaries.
- Practical Techniques: Effective moves like palm strikes and grip escapes that don't rely on brute force.
- Confidence Drills: Breaking through mental barriers—sometimes literally—to show you what you are truly capable of.
