Our artist Maggie Melypso is an expert in cornrows and dreadlocks. This video shows her skill in creating neat, intricate cornrow braids. We also offer classes for those interested in learning this art form.
We collaborate with other talented artists like George JD to offer specialized workshops. This was a dreadlocks workshop we presented in Chennai, covering everything from sectioning and extensions to proper maintenance techniques.
About Specialized Courses: Advanced Piercing & Dreadlocks
We don't just teach theory. You will work on synthetic models first and then move to live setups, all under the guidance of our senior artists. Groups are kept small so you actually get the personal attention you need to master complex placements or precise braiding.
We are honest about this field: there are no shortcuts to safe piercing or clean dreadlock work. Our workshops are designed for those who want to be 'studio ready' rather than just having a certificate.
Advanced Piercing & Anatomy
This module is for artists who want to move beyond basic lobes. We cover Industrial, Septum, and Micro-dermal placements, focusing heavily on anatomy to avoid high-risk vascular areas. You will learn troubleshooting protocols for migration and rejection, along with professional jewelry handling. We teach only with hollow needles; we do not touch piercing guns.
Dreadlocks & Cornrow Art
Maggie leads our sessions on dreadlocks and cornrow styling. From proper sectioning and extension techniques to maintenance and aftercare, we break down the process step-by-step. It is about learning the technique to ensure hair health, not just speed.
