About Kids & Teens: Fun, Energy, and Performance
Most parents worry about whether their child will feel overwhelmed in a new class. Our batches are divided by age and level, so your child gets consistent attention from instructors like Ankita, who specialize in building technical skills without the pressure. They spend time on muscle memory and spatial awareness, ensuring every student feels capable and confident before they ever step onto a stage.
At Taglioni, we believe that dance is more than just learning choreography. For our younger students, it is about developing motor skills, coordination, and a sense of self-expression in a positive environment. Whether it is jazz, hip-hop, or contemporary, our curriculum is designed to keep kids engaged while teaching them real, professional technique.
We structure our classes to prioritize progress. A student starting in a beginner batch will learn the basics of posture and musicality, while teens often focus on more complex routines and performance textures. By breaking down steps into manageable drills, we help students master difficult movements without the frustration that often comes with rigid, high-pressure environments.
One of the most valuable parts of our program is the stage experience. We regularly host showcases like The Dance Epoch, which allow students to translate what they have learned in the studio into a full-scale performance. Seeing your child perform in front of an audience, whether it is a small showcase or a production, is where they truly learn what it means to be a performer. This helps them build resilience, teamwork, and an incredible amount of confidence that carries over into their daily lives in school and at home.
Our studio in Sector 57 is designed with student safety in mind, featuring sprung wooden or vinyl flooring to protect growing joints and full-wall mirrors to assist with form correction. If you are looking for a place where your child can fall, get up, and grow with a team that has their back, we are ready to welcome them.
Taglioni School of Performing Arts
We are Taglioni, a dance family that believes every child has a unique rhythm. I built this studio to be a place where your child feels safe to stumble, learn, and eventually, shine on stage. We aren't just teaching steps; we are here to help them build the kind of confidence that lasts long after the music stops.
