Our facility in Anjanapura is designed for year-round training, featuring a 25m indoor semi-Olympic pool that is temperature-controlled. Whether you are avoiding the sun or training for winter competitions, the water conditions stay consistent, allowing you to focus entirely on your stroke mechanics and endurance rather than adapting to the weather.
Our Training Infrastructure
We operate two primary water environments to serve different needs. The 25m indoor semi-Olympic pool (6 lanes) is our hub for technical refinement and learn-to-swim programs. It is temperature-controlled, which is essential for consistent stroke work and comfort during early morning or evening sessions.
For competitive swimmers, we provide full access to our 50m Olympic standard pool (10 lanes). This environment is dedicated to long-course training, high-yardage aerobic conditioning, and simulating race-day conditions.
Our Program Philosophy

Every session incorporates 'dry-land' activation. You will find that our swimmers do not just jump in the water; they prepare with targeted partner stretching, stability ball routines, and Swim Gym conditioning to protect shoulders and hips from common swimming injuries.
