Therapeutic & Restorative Yoga

I focus on gentle, supported movements to help manage chronic pain, improve sleep, and reduce stress. We use props like blocks and straps extensively, making the practice safe and accessible for all bodies and flexibility levels, especially for seniors or those with physical limitations.

Asanas for Health Management

These sessions use specific yoga postures, or asanas, to address common health issues. We practice poses to help regulate conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, and focus on core work to build back strength and improve overall stability.

Here is a look at my students and the space where we practice. I foster a non-competitive and supportive environment where everyone can focus on their own health journey, learn from a clear lineage, and feel part of a community.
