It all started with a simple brief that turned into one of the prettiest baby welcomes I've done. This video tells the story of how we planned Kaashvi's luxurious Dior-themed party, from the first client meeting to the final setup.
Here's part two of Kaashvi's celebration! The day began before sunrise, and this video shows my team and I working tirelessly to set up the backdrops, tables, and activity corners. Seeing the client's happy face made it all worth it.
Sometimes, clients become family. This video is a tribute to Divyanshi and Mohit, who I first met for their baby shower and have since celebrated so many more milestones with. I'm so grateful to call them part of my SS Fam.

Harshit and I treat every event like our own family function, whether it is a compact baby welcome or a grand first birthday. For us, Surprise Sutra is not a 9-to-5. It is our 24x7 life. When we started, every setup felt like a massive milestone, and today, after 1500+ events across Delhi-NCR, we still get the same butterflies.
My husband Harshit and I have learned that the best parties do not come from a catalogue. They come from listening. When we worked with clients like Divyanshi and Mohit, they came to us for a simple baby shower, but we ended up celebrating everything from their baby's Annaprashan to birthday parties. That is what we call the SS Fam.
We handle the decor, the custom backdrops, and even the tiny invites, but our real job is making sure you feel relaxed. You will often find us at the venue before sunrise, ensuring the balloons are perfect and the neon signs are lit, because we know this is a special day for you. Whether you want a Dior-themed baby welcome or a traditional Mundan setup, we do not believe in cookie-cutter designs. We want your celebration to feel like you.
If you see us looking exhausted in a BTS video, it is usually because we just finished a late-night truck load. But when we get that heartfelt text from a client saying how much they loved the decor, everything becomes worth it. That is the feeling we chase every single day.
