The most important part of our boho setup is the ground space. We need a clear, flat area of at least 8x8 feet to fit the canopy and the wooden pallet seating comfortably. If you are planning this on a terrace, ensure you have an electrical point nearby for the fairy lights, or let us know beforehand so we can bring a power backup.
Setting up a boho-style party on a terrace requires balancing aesthetics with the practical challenges of an outdoor venue. We focus on creating a relaxed atmosphere using low wooden pallet seating, mattresses, and cushions to keep the vibe casual and comfortable.
The core of our boho setup includes an 8x8 foot square metal canopy or a teepee frame, draped in sheer white fabric. We weave fairy light strings along the sides and roof to create that warm, evening glow essential for bridal showers or bachelorette parties. To complete the look, we add hanging paper lanterns, artificial ivy or wisteria accents, and a jute table runner for the low seating area.
Logistics in Bengaluru can be tricky, so we manage all transport and assembly. Because this setup involves heavier elements like wooden pallets and canopy frames, we require about three hours to assemble the structure on-site. We also add 50 to 80 metallic balloons to the corners or floor to tie in the celebration theme.
Since we work across various locations in Bangalore, we ask that you check your venue for wind protection or rain cover if you are hosting during the monsoon. This setup is specifically designed to handle the casual nature of home and terrace events while looking polished enough for photography.
