Standard Room Balloon & Photo Decor
Core Decor
- Ceiling Decor: 50 to 80 metallic rubber balloons (Red/Gold/White) attached to the ceiling using masking tape.
- Floor & Bed Art: Approx. 40-50 loose balloons scattered on the floor and a heart shape made of approx. 500g fresh rose petals.
- Foil Elements: One generic script foil balloon (e.g., 'Love') or 2-3 large foil heart balloons.
Personalization & Lighting
- Photo Strings: 10 to 15 printed photographs (4x6 inch) hanging from the ceiling balloons using ribbons.
- Ambient Light: 5-10 LED flameless tea-light candles.
Logistics
- Execution: Single decorator setup taking 45-90 minutes.
- Tear Down: Client is responsible for cleanup.
Rooftop Cabana or Teepee Setup
Structure & Furniture
- The Structure: Choice of a square metal frame Cabana (6x6 ft) draped in white sheer fabric OR a rustic wooden pole Teepee tent.
- Seating: Low-floor seating arrangement with a double mattress (white sheet), 4-6 cushions, and a low wooden pallet table.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Fairy Lights: Warm-white LED string lights wrapped around poles and draped across the top.
- Neon Sign: One rental neon sign (Choices: 'Happy Birthday', 'Better Together', or 'Marry Me').
Decor Details
- Floral Pathway: A 4-6 foot pathway created with fresh rose petals.
- Balloon Clusters: Approx. 30 metallic balloons placed near the entrance or structure legs.
- Table Decor: Artificial flower vase centerpiece, LED candles, and table mats.
Grand Marry Me Marquee Installation
Hero Centerpiece
- Marquee Letters: Giant 3ft to 4ft tall white LED-lit letters spelling 'MARRY ME' (Requires power source).
- Backdrop: A large 6ft heart-shaped structure covered in red artificial roses OR a dense arch of balloons behind the letters.
The Walkway
- Aisle: Dense pathway using 3-5 kg fresh red rose petals or red carpet, lined with 12-20 LED candles or lanterns.
- Special Effects: 4 to 6 units of Cold Pyro (electronic sparklers) triggered remotely (Duration: 30-45 seconds).
Additional Ambiance
- Lighting: 2-4 LED Par cans (uplights) to wash the area in warm colors.
- Props: 'Will You Marry Me' neon sign integrated into the backdrop.

Proposal Setups
- I set up romantic balloon and flower backdrops, using things like Marry Me marquee letters for a grand effect.
- Want something trendy? Neon proposal signs and shimmer walls look awesome in pics.
- If you’re into drama, fairy lights, cold pyros, and even a red carpet lined with petals can make the moment pop.
- Car trunk proposals are a fun twist - I fill it with balloons, lights, and your photos for that surprise factor.
Anniversary Decor
- Big milestone coming up? I’ve got giant marquee numbers, themed balloon and flower backdrops, and chic color combos (black-gold, purple-white, pink-rose gold).
- Cake pedestals, "Happy Anniversary" neon signs, and fresh flowers add the final touch.
Cozy Setups
- For intimate evenings, I do cabana decorations for couples and teepee tents - perfect for candlelight dinners or a laidback picnic vibe at home.
- You can go low seating with mattresses or classic table-for-two.
