Standard Room Balloon Setup
Decor Configuration
- Total Count: 150 to 200 Latex balloons (Metallic or Pastel mix).
- Ceiling: 40 to 50 balloons attached with removable tape and hanging ribbons (Air filled, not helium).
- Floor: Approx. 50 loose balloons scattered for volume.
- Wall Accents: Small bunches or simple pillars created with balloons.
Themed Elements
- Text Foil: 1 Set of 'WELCOME BABY' or 'Baby Boy/Girl' (16 inch height).
- Character Foils: 3 to 4 Large foils (Baby bottle, footprint, stroller, or teddy shape).
Logistics
- Manpower: 1 Decorator.
- Time: 60 to 90 minutes setup time.
- Note: Balloons are air-filled and attached to surfaces. Takedown is self service.
Circular Ring & Neon Backdrop
