About Bohemian & Picnic Style Events
My setup process focuses on creating a "living room" feeling outdoors. I bring the low-seating pallet tables, cushions, teepees, and fairy lights to your location, and the entire assembly takes about 90 minutes. If you need a venue, I also offer my private garden space in RR Nagar for a seamless experience.
The bohemian picnic style is all about comfort and aesthetics. I design these spaces to be cozy and visually layered, using elements that turn a standard garden or terrace into a private event zone.
What goes into the setup
- Low Seating: I use wooden pallet tables paired with plush cushions and rugs to keep the vibe relaxed. This is ideal for groups of 5 to 15, allowing everyone to sit close and talk easily.
- Lighting & Ambiance: This is crucial for evening events. I install warm white fairy lights, paper lanterns, and LED candles to create a glow that defines the space. If you want something specific, I can also add neon signage like 'Happy Birthday' or 'Oh Baby'.
- Themed Accents: Whether you want a romantic date with pampas grass and boho teepees, or a vibrant birthday picnic with a balloon arch and gold accents, I customize the props to match your theme.
Where we can host
Flexibility is the priority. I have a private garden venue in RR Nagar that comes ready for these setups, complete with restrooms and sound system access. However, I often travel to client homes, rooftops, or other outdoor event spaces across Bangalore. If you have a specific spot in mind, let me know, and I will manage the transport and setup labor to get it ready for your guests.
