Standard Room Balloon Decor
Decor Elements
- Loose Balloons: 150 to 200 Metallic or Pastel balloons (Air-filled).
- Ceiling Setup: 40 to 50 balloons attached to ceiling with soft removable tape and hanging ribbons.
- Floor & Wall: Remaining balloons scattered on floor or in bunches on walls.
- Foil Balloons: 1 Cursive Happy Birthday banner plus 2 to 4 theme shapes (hearts/stars).
- Rose Petals: 200g arranged in a heart shape on bed or floor.
Logistics
- Execution: On-site inflation and arrangement by 1 decorator.
- Time: Setup takes 90 to 120 minutes.
- Note: No helium used; faux-floating effect created using tape.
Themed Printed Backdrop & Decor
Backdrop & Structure
- Main Frame: 6x6 ft Circular or Rectangular frame with custom printed Flex Banner (Cocomelon, Jungle, Frozen, etc).
- Balloon Arch: Organic style semi-arch covering 60 to 70% of frame using mixed sizes (5, 10, 12 inch).
- Props: 2 to 3 Sunboard character cutouts (2 to 3 ft height).
Display & Lighting
- Cake Display: 3 Cylinder Pedestals or 1 Cake Table with theme cover.
- Lighting: 1 to 2 LED Par cans to illuminate backdrop.
- Signage: Printed name on backdrop or rental neon Happy Birthday sign.
- Flooring: 8x6 ft green turf or colored rug.

- Time: 2.5 to 3 hours setup duration.

Premium Backdrop
- Shimmer Wall: 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft Sequin Panel Backdrop (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent).
- Neon Sign: Generic Happy Birthday or Let's Party neon hung on sequins.
- Marquee Numbers: 2 large LED Light-up Numbers (approx 3 to 4 ft tall) indicating age.
Styling
- Luxury Garland: L-shaped balloon garland using Premium Chrome and Confetti balloons.
- Florals: Artificial floral bunches or pampas grass inserts in balloon garland.
- Flooring: Professional carpet or rug for stage area.
Logistics
- Power: Requires power points for Marquee and Neon.
- Transport: Includes tempo charges for bulky panels and numbers.
Bohemian Cabana & Terrace Decor
Structure & Lighting
- Cabana/Teepee: Wooden A-frame tent or square cabana draped with white sheer fabric or lace.
- Illumination: Extensive warm white Fairy Lights wrapped on structure.
- Ambiance: Flameless LED candles in birdcages or lanterns.
Comfort & Decor
- Seating: Floor mattress with rug and 4 to 6 boho throw cushions.
- Table: Low-height wooden table for dining.
- Accents: One organic balloon bunch (30 to 40 balloons) and fresh red rose bunch.

- Scope: Covers decoration service only at your location.

Birthday Decor for All Ages
I’m here in namma Bengaluru, making birthday parties look and feel special with balloons, flowers, and all the fun props. Whether it’s a tiny living room or a big terrace, I can turn any spot into a party zone.
Kids’ Party Themes
Kids' birthday party theme setup is my jam. Cocomelon, Jungle Safari, Superheroes, Frozen, Unicorn - you name it, I’ve probably set it up. I use character cutouts, rainbow arches, and lots of pastel or shiny balloons to match the vibe. If your child wants something totally wild, bring it on - I’ll figure it out.
Milestone Birthdays
For 18th, 21st, 40th, or 50th birthdays, I go for milestone birthday backdrop ideas like shimmer walls, neon birthday signage, and those big light-up numbers. Rose gold, black-gold, or boho pampas grass - I keep things stylish but not too over the top.
Any Space, Any Surprise
I set up at homes, terraces, or even car trunk surprise decoration (dikki). Fairy lights, cabanas, balloon rings - I’ve done it all. Sometimes, small spaces just need a few good details.
What I Use
Mostly balloons - metallic, pastel, or chrome. Backdrops, neon signs, fairy lights, and custom boards too. If you want your name in lights or a photo wall, just ask. I’m all about building the mood that fits you, not just copying Pinterest.
