The Construction Process

Every Indo-Western ensemble, whether a bandhgala or a layered jacket set, is built with precision. We use canvas fusing to ensure the fabric maintains its structure, preventing the jacket from sagging or losing its shape over long hours of wear. For fabrics, I prefer materials that hold their own—raw silks, velvet for winter receptions, and breathable linen blends for summer festivities.

Styling for the Modern Man

• Indo-Western Fusion: We combine the regal nature of a structured jacket with the ease of a kurta. This is ideal for sangeets or cocktail parties where you need to move freely but still maintain a formal aesthetic.
• Statement Kurtas: My approach to kurtas often involves subtle, high-impact details—like mirror work on the placket or chevron weaving—which add texture without being loud.
• Personalization: We discuss the event context first. A wedding reception requires a different silhouette than a daytime family function. By aligning the cut and fabric weight with the occasion, we ensure the outfit is functional and visually distinct.

We typically require 10 to 14 days to complete an ensemble, allowing time for fittings. This ensures that when you wear a piece from my collection, the fit is exact, and the construction is balanced.
