About this collection

When I create these traditional designs, my focus is on the 'zero-gap' density that makes them look so rich and festive. I use a chemical-free organic henna paste that I seal with a traditional lemon-sugar mix, which ensures the stain turns deep and dark for your special day.

Traditional mehendi is where I find the most joy. It is about patience and precision. Whether you are looking for elbow-length bridal coverage or festive patterns for an engagement, I stick to the classic elements that define this art form. My designs always include a balanced mix of architectural domes, traditional elephant and peacock motifs, and the intricate mesh patterns known as jaali.

I do not just trace patterns; I build them to fit your hand. If you want a full bridal look, we can include elements like the shehnai or doli to represent the wedding rituals. For festive events, I lean more into spaced-out Arabic or fusion styles that are faster to apply but still carry that traditional aesthetic.

Based in Vashi, I travel throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Area for bookings. Whether you are hosting a small sangeet at home or a grand wedding, the process remains the same: I use only 100% natural, chemical-free henna to ensure a safe, deep stain. If you are curious about how these designs are constructed, I also teach the basics and advanced techniques at my studio in Sector 9, Vashi.

I am Sunita, and for me, mehendi is more than just a job; it is my form of expression. I love sitting with a bride, understanding her vision, and bringing those intricate traditional patterns to life on her hands.
