A look at my favourite creations, blending traditional Zardozi work with modern silhouettes to create your perfect festive look.

This is a complete South Indian half saree, or langa voni, that I designed. The rich purple silk skirt contrasts beautifully with the peach and gold dupatta, creating a stunning outfit perfect for a wedding or pre-wedding celebration.
A showcase of one of my signature statement back designs. This vibrant red bridal blouse features a dramatic heart-shaped keyhole cutout, heavily embellished with zardozi work and delicate pearl tassels for a truly memorable look.
Here is a full view of a custom purple Ikkat lehenga set. The video shows the flow of the pleated skirt, the detailed silver hand-embroidery on the blouse sleeves, and the elegant drape of the Benarasi dupatta.
A detailed look at the traditional craftsmanship I love. This close-up shows the hand-embroidered elephant and umbrella motifs, part of a wedding procession theme, brought to life with zardozi and thread work on a bridal blouse sleeve.
The talented Chaitra Vasudevan looking radiant in a custom orange lehenga I designed. This twirling shot captures the beautiful flare of the Benarasi brocade skirt, perfect for any festive occasion or celebration.
For a modern and bold statement, this emerald green blouse features a sheer back with a keyhole cutout. The sleeves and body are heavily embellished with a three-dimensional mix of beads, sequins, and zardozi floral patterns.
The pure joy of a bride on her wedding day. She is wearing a custom orange and white Kanchipuram saree, complemented by a hand-embroidered blouse with detailed work on the sleeves, designed to make her feel special.
About Featured
When you choose a custom design, we focus heavily on the structure. I use princess-cut tailoring and built-in padding for every blouse, ensuring the embroidery sits perfectly against your body without pulling or puckering, even on heavy Benarasi silk fabrics.
This collection highlights the range I offer at Sujee Couture. From heavy bridal blouses featuring intricate Aari and Zardozi work to complete South Indian ensembles like Langa Vonis and Banarasi lehengas, every piece is made-to-measure.
I often get asked about the materials. I work extensively with premium fabrics like Raw Silk, Organza, and Ikkat. My signature style involves mixing classic motifs like traditional birds and florals with contemporary cuts, such as deep, embellished backs or sheer net detailing.
Whether you are planning a traditional Muhurtham or a modern cocktail party, my focus remains the same: a comfortable fit that makes you feel confident. If you have a vision, whether it is a specific color palette or a fusion style, let us talk through the possibilities. I ship across India, so we can coordinate your measurements and design remotely or at my Bangalore studio.
