Custom South Indian Lehengas & Half Sarees
I create made-to-measure lehengas and half sarees that blend traditional South Indian fabrics like Ikkat and Benarasi with a bold, modern edge.

About Custom Lehengas & Half Sarees
When we design your lehenga or half saree, it is not just about the fabric. I always include a custom-embroidered waist belt, known as a vaddanam, to match your blouse embroidery. This balances the overall look and cinches the waist, giving you a structured silhouette that is both comfortable and striking for long wedding hours.
How We Build Your Look
Whether you are opting for a classic Langa Voni or a heavy flare lehenga, my process is all about the details that make an outfit yours. We start with the fabric—selecting premium materials like Ikkat, Benarasi silk, or Kanchipuram weaves to create a base that looks and feels expensive.
The Fit and Structure
I believe in comfort as much as style. For our lehengas, we use cancan and canvas hem lining to ensure that signature festive volume without weighing you down. If you are choosing a half saree, we ensure the pleats are crisp and the drape is secure so you can dance or move freely during the event. My team and I focus on the tailoring, using high-quality linings and princess-cut construction for a contoured fit that stays in place all day.
Customization Details
- Embroidery: I specialize in hand-embellished zardozi, katdana, and pearl work. We can incorporate traditional motifs like birds or elephants, or keep it abstract and floral depending on your personal taste.
- Blouse Design: This is where we add the twist. From deep backs and keyholes to unique sleeve lengths, I work with you to finalize a design that complements your body type and the rest of the ensemble.
- Cohesion: Every element, from the blouse neckline to the skirt border and the waist belt, is designed to talk to each other. Nothing is left to chance.
