This is how I make my super moist banana bread with a Nutella drizzle. I use only the ripest bananas to ensure the best flavor and a perfect crumb. The smell in the studio when these are baking is absolutely heavenly.

I often get asked how I get the colors just right or why I use Belgian chocolate ganache instead of standard buttercream. It comes down to patience. Whether I am hand-painting a cake to look like a painting or carefully sculpting a 3D figure, I treat every layer as a canvas. In my studio, nothing is rushed. For example, when I make my banana Nutella loaves, I wait for the bananas to reach peak ripeness for that moist, rich crumb. When you order from me, you are not just getting a dessert.
