Our trials are not about showing off fancy tricks. We run a rigorous assessment that focuses on your technical capability, tactical awareness during match simulations, and physical endurance. We are looking for players who can handle the pressure of our residential training and who have the right attitude to thrive, not just talent.
The Pathway to Pro Football
When you attend a Sudeva trial, you are not just auditioning for a camp. You are entering a pathway that leads from the grassroots to the I-League and beyond.
We don't just teach football; we provide a career roadmap. If you have the potential, we move you into our residential academy in Civil Lines, Delhi, where you will train daily under UEFA-licensed directors and AIFF-certified coaches. From there, you get a direct funnel into the Sudeva Delhi FC youth and senior squads.
For those who show exceptional promise, we provide a genuine route to Europe via our own club in Spain’s 3rd Division, CD Olímpic de Xàtiva, and through exposure tours in Germany.
What Happens at a Trial?
- Technical Drills: We evaluate your fundamentals—dribbling, passing, and shooting mechanics.
- Match Simulation: You will play 30 to 45 minutes of 11v11 or small-sided games to test your game sense and how you fit into a team structure.
- Fitness Testing: We check your agility and endurance. Being a warrior requires more than just skill; it requires the stamina to last 90 minutes on the pitch.
Who Should Apply?
This academy is for boys and girls who are ready for a full-time commitment. Our residential program includes integrated schooling, 7 daily nutritional servings, and twice-daily training blocks. If you are serious about football and willing to put in the mehnat required to make it to the national team, we are looking for you.
