Football in India is ready to rise. We are building warriors for the national team, bridging the gap from grassroots talent to international stages.

"When you wear that Indian jersey, you have to play for everyone who you've never met." Our President, Anuj Gupta, delivering a powerful message to our players on Independence Day. This is the spirit and purpose behind everything we do.

Our President, Anuj Gupta, in an interview with DD News, discusses the rising popularity of football in India. He shares his belief that the future is bright and that our hard work is paying off, with more kids playing football than ever before.

In this podcast, our founder Anuj Gupta discusses the untapped potential of Indian football. He explains that while the talent exists, it needs to be nurtured correctly from a young age, which is the core mission of our academy.

"The national team needs an Indian coach." Anuj Gupta makes a strong case for believing in and empowering our own coaches who have learned from the best and are ready to lead. We believe in building an Indian football ecosystem from the ground up.

Anuj Gupta discusses the huge opportunity for India with the expansion of the FIFA U17 World Cup. He explains how this gives our young players a realistic chance to qualify and get noticed by top agents and European clubs.

A full clip of Anuj Gupta on the ANM ThinkPod, detailing why he believes India has a 120% chance to qualify for the U17 World Cup by 2027. This is the vision that drives our international exposure programs.

In this podcast, Mr. Anuj Gupta explains how international collaborations, like ours with European clubs, are essential for putting Indian football on the global map. These partnerships bring visibility, scouting opportunities, and technical knowledge.

Mr. Anuj Gupta explains the importance of a strong grassroots system, drawing lessons from football powerhouses like Japan. He emphasizes that talent development must start at the school level, a philosophy we are working to implement.

Comparing the football structures of Spain and India. Mr. Anuj Gupta breaks down the numbers, showing the sheer volume of registered clubs and youth teams in Spain. This is the level of competition and structure we aim to build in India.

Our founder discusses the importance of giving our elite youth players consistent international exposure. He outlines our plan to send our U13, U15, and U17 teams to Germany for extended training camps to fast-track their development.

About Our Mission, Our Vision

In India, our youth players often lack exposure to the volume of competitive matches played in Europe—an average of 500 games by age 16 compared to fewer than 100 here. Our mission is to close that gap by exposing our players to high-stakes international tournaments and rigorous conditioning early on, ensuring they have the match temperament to wear the Indian jersey with pride.

We started Sudeva with a clear conviction: India has the talent, but it needs the right ecosystem. This isn't just a business; it is a movement to produce the next generation of Indian football stars.

The Mission

Our core mission is simple: to make India a football-playing nation that the world takes seriously. We do this by focusing on three pillars:

  • Grassroots Foundation: We begin early, implementing curriculum-based training for kids as young as six, just like Japan and other football powerhouses.
  • Competitive Exposure: We bridge the international gap. Our partnerships with European clubs, such as VfB Stuttgart, and our own club in Spain, allow our players to face top academies like Bayern Munich and Chelsea. This is where they learn to handle the pressure of elite football.
  • Pathway to Pro: We provide a direct route from the academy to professional leagues in India (I-League) and Europe. When you join Sudeva, you are not just signing up for a camp; you are entering a system designed to help you become a professional.

Why We Do It

We believe that for any sport to excel in India, we need role models who have proven themselves at the highest level. By providing our players with international scouting opportunities and training, we are building the future icons who will ignite the passion for the game across the country. Our focus is on fitness, tactical discipline, and the warrior spirit—mehnat zaroor rang laayegi (hard work will definitely pay off).

I am Anuj Gupta, and at Sudeva, we are on a mission that goes beyond the pitch. We are building warriors who play for the name on the front of the jersey, not just themselves. This is about giving Indian talent the platform they deserve to prove themselves globally.
