Whether it is a campaign shoot or your wedding portraits, I focus on building a complete look that tells your story. From traditional saree aesthetics to modern silhouettes, let us create images that capture your true vibe.

A stunning South Indian bridal look created for a PNG Jewellers campaign. The model wears a cream and pink Kanjivaram saree, styled with heavy, intricate temple jewelry, including layered necklaces and a maang tikka.

A seated portrait from the same shoot, highlighting the traditional hairstyle with fresh flowers and the exquisite detail of the gold jewelry.

Another variation of the South Indian bridal look, this time with a rich pink saree. The styling focuses on the statement gold kamarbandh (waist belt) and matching necklace.

The same look, but with the addition of a delicate veil, adding a layer of traditional modesty and grace to the bridal ensemble.

This portrait showcases a different jewelry set against the same beautiful saree. The green enamel work in the necklace and earrings offers a striking contrast to the pink blouse.

A close-up portrait highlighting another exquisite temple jewelry set. The detailed craftsmanship of the necklace and earrings is the central focus of this bridal look.

A powerful editorial shot against a rich red backdrop. The model's Banarsi silk saree, traditional nath, and floral hair accessory create a look that is both classic and high-fashion.

A close-up from the same dramatic shoot, focusing on the model's expressive pose and the intricate details of her jewelry, including the large nath and choker necklace.

A back-facing pose that highlights the elegant design of the blouse and the beautiful fall of the red Banarsi saree.

A moody and atmospheric shot, where the lighting creates a soft glow on the model's face and the rich silk of her saree.

About Bridal & Editorial Portraits

Styling for a portrait shoot is about more than just picking an outfit. It is about how the fabric moves, how the jewelry frames your face, and how it all sits with your hair and makeup. When I work on a shoot, I coordinate directly with your hair, makeup, and photography team to ensure the lighting and angles enhance the styling choices we make together.

My approach to bridal and editorial portraits is deeply rooted in storytelling. Whether we are aiming for a classic, traditional Maharashtrian look with a Paithani and a carefully chosen nath, or a contemporary editorial aesthetic with modern drapes, my goal is to make sure you look like yourself, just the most polished version.

The Process

  • Concept & Visuals: We start by defining your mood. Is it a golden, festive vibe or a high-fashion editorial look? I create a visual direction that ensures your jewelry—be it temple designs, kundan, or pearls—sits perfectly with the neckline of your saree or lehenga.
  • Team Coordination: A great image is the result of team effort. I work closely with your HMUA (hair and makeup artist) to ensure the textures of the hair, the floral accessories, and the makeup palette are in complete harmony with the outfit.
  • Attention to Detail: On set, I am constantly adjusting the fall of the saree, the drape of the dupatta, and the alignment of accessories. I help with posing advice so you feel comfortable and confident, which shows in the final portraits.

I travel across Pune and Mumbai for these sessions. If you have a vision, let us figure out how to make it reality.
