Classical Ballet Classes for Kids in Whitefield
We host official ballet training for kids and teens at our Whitefield studio in partnership with The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet.
We are excited to offer ballet classes for kids and teens at our studio in collaboration with The Lewis Foundation. This video gives you a feel for the grace and discipline of classical ballet. These classes are a wonderful way for young dancers to build a strong foundation.
About this collection
Because these classes follow a strict syllabus designed by The Lewis Foundation, they operate differently from our regular dance sessions. Enrollment is term-based rather than drop-in, and you will need to register directly through the foundation's portal to secure a spot for your child in the correct age-based batch.
Structured Training in Whitefield
We believe dance is for everyone, but we also know that classical ballet requires a specific kind of environment and expertise. That is why we have opened our studio doors to The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet. By hosting their instructors, we provide our local families with access to a disciplined, certified curriculum without having to travel across the city.
Batch Breakdown
To ensure every student gets the attention they need, classes are split by age and experience level:
- Pre-Primary Ballet (Ages 4–6): Focuses on basic movement, rhythm, and spatial awareness.
- Primary Ballet (Ages 7–10): Introduces foundational technique, posture, and coordination.
- Grade 1 Ballet (Ages 11–15): A more advanced look at classical steps, discipline, and performance quality.
What You Need to Know
Since this is a certificate-aligned program, we maintain a strict uniform policy and attendance structure. Your child will need proper attire, including leotards, tights, and ballet slippers, to participate fully.
Because these classes are in high demand and group sizes are kept small to maintain teaching quality, there is often a waiting list process. We recommend checking the availability for the upcoming term as soon as possible via the foundation's official signup portal. If you have questions about the studio location in the Machaxi Play9 complex amenities, like parking or changing rooms, feel free to reach out to us directly.
