A curated selection of our work, showcasing our approach to timeless, sustainable design and functional luxury in homes across India.
This view of the 'Tranquil Tides' apartment captures my approach to creating flow and atmosphere. The vaulted wooden ceiling draws the eye through the space, connecting the dining area to the private quarters, while the mix of grey tones, patterned cement tiles, and marble creates a sophisticated yet warm environment.
I am proud to have my work, 'The Time Capsule' project, featured in Elle Decor. This recognition highlights my commitment to creating soulful, sustainable homes that blend simplicity with sophistication, a core tenet of my Japandi-inspired design philosophy.
This 3D rendering for 'Project 42' shows how I approach bungalow refurbishment. My goal was to infuse a modern character into an existing structure with clean lines and a contemporary facade, creating a versatile home for a multigenerational family in Mumbai.
A glimpse into the living room of 'The Time Capsule' project, a space designed as a tranquil refuge. Notice the use of curved forms, from the boucle sofa to the black console, and the interplay of natural textures like wood, jute, and stone, all central to the Japandi aesthetic.
In this bedroom, I used a rich palette of greens and browns to evoke a sense of calm. The Botanic Garden Marble serves as a stunning natural backdrop, complemented by the warmth of wood panelling and the subtle elegance of Art Deco-inspired arches.
A design begins with a thoughtful layout. This floor plan for the 'Tranquil Tides' apartment illustrates how I optimize a 1440 sq. ft. space for a family, ensuring every area is functional while maximizing natural light from the south-facing windows.
Functionality can be elegant. Here, a fluted glass and wood screen in the dining area slides away to reveal a compact, custom-designed home office, providing a practical solution for modern work-life needs without compromising the home's aesthetic.
This 3D walkthrough provides a preview of 'Hrudhya', a large-scale residential township I designed in Gandhinagar. It demonstrates my capability in handling comprehensive architectural projects, from the building's structure to the shared community spaces.
About Featured
In projects like our 'Tranquil Tides' apartment, we often implement architectural interventions like vaulted wooden ceilings to maximize height and natural light. This is a practical solution we frequently use in standard apartment layouts, using structural form to create a sense of volume and calm without needing to increase the actual footprint of the space.
Our Design Philosophy
We believe architecture should be a dialogue between the occupant and the space. Whether we are working on a ground-up bungalow in Gandhinagar or a flat refurbishment in Mumbai, our focus remains on creating 'living' homes rather than showpieces. We lean towards a blend of Japandi minimalism and Art Deco influence, prioritizing natural materials like limewash, rattan, and oakwood that age gracefully over time.
How We Work
Every project follows a structured path from conceptualization to execution:
- Climate-Responsive Planning: We start by analyzing sun-path and wind orientation. This dictates everything from facade design to the placement of windows, ensuring your home stays cool and bright naturally.
- Visualization & Detail: Before any construction begins, we use photorealistic 3D renders and cinematic walkthroughs. This ensures you know exactly how the light will hit the living room or how the furniture layout will function for your family's daily routines.
- Practical Execution: We bridge the gap between design and reality by handling the technical detailing. This includes site supervision, coordinating with MEP consultants to keep infrastructure hidden but accessible, and accompanying you on market visits to select tiles, stone, and fittings.
Why We Prioritize Longevity
We avoid chasing short-lived interior trends. Instead, we select materials that require minimal upkeep and offer structural integrity. When we refurbish older properties, our goal is 'structural camouflage'—using design elements like custom joinery or vaulted ceilings to hide beams and outdated columns, effectively turning structural limitations into the home's most striking features.
