Home Exterior & Entrance Decor
Exterior Illumination
- Building Lighting: Installation of "Pixel" or LED series lights covering the front facade of the house (up to 3 floors). Includes draping of light strings from terrace to ground.
- Balcony Styling: Satin or lycra fabric draping on balcony railings mixed with artificial marigold (genda) garlands.
Entrance & Foyer
- Main Gate Arch: A decorative floral arch installed at the main gate using 80% high-quality artificial flowers and 20% fresh marigolds for volume.
- Signage: LED Neon sign installation (e.g., "Welcome" or Family Name).
- Walkway: A Red or Green carpet runner from the gate to the main door (up to 15 ft).
- Lobby/Foyer: Small welcome setup inside the main door featuring a brass Urli with floating candles and rose petals.
Logistics
- Includes installation, wiring, testing, and dismantling after the wedding festivities (rental duration typically 2-3 days).
Haldi & Mehendi Terrace Decor
Themed Backdrop & Stage
- Main Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft decorative backdrop. Options include "Sunflower Core" (yellow visuals), "Rajasthani Vibrant" (multi-color drapes), or a floral wall.
- Couple Seating: Specialized arrangement: either a decorated swing (Jhoola) wrapped in flowers or a traditional low-seating sofa with colorful cushions.
Venue Styling & Props
- Photo Ops: Installation of 1-2 "Selfie Points" using props like colorful cycles, decorated rickshaws, or neon signage.
- Props: Usage of traditional Rajasthani umbrellas, pinwheels, and large brass/golden pots (Matkas).
- Ceiling Decor: Colorful fabric ribbons or tassel hangings (criss-cross pattern) if venue supports overhead rigging.
- Sound: Basic PA system included.
Floral & Consumables
- Flower Quality: Predominantly artificial styling for backdrops to prevent wilting in daytime heat.
- Fresh Inclusions: 2 kg of loose rose petals and marigold flowers provided for the "Phoolon ki Holi" ritual.
Full Wedding Venue Decor Package
The Grand Stage
- Structure: 24ft to 30ft wide stage platform with carpeting.
- Backdrop: Heavy floral setup (mix of silk and artificial blooms) or fabric layering with crystal chandelier accents.
- Furniture: Premium 3-seater sofa for the couple and side chairs matching the color theme (Pastel, Red/Gold, or Purple/White).
Mandap & Ritual Area
- Mandap: 4-Pillar or 6-Pillar structure draped in satin/georgette with floral headers.
- Seating: 4-6 low stools (patlas) and Havan Kund (fire pit) setup.
- Aisle: 6 Pedestals on the walkway leading to the Mandap/Stage topped with floral bouquets.
Entrance & Ambiance
- Entrance Gate: A thematic grand entrance arch (10ft-12ft height) utilizing floral pasting, fabric drapes, or fiber pillars.
- Lighting: General ambiance lighting (Par cans and Wash lights) for the stage and mandap area.
- Table Decor: Centerpieces for up to 20 round guest tables (artificial floral vase or candle stand).
Special Effects Bundle
- Entry: Fog machine (Dry Ice effect) for the couple's entry.
- Sparklers: 4-6 units of Cold Pyro (electronic sparklers) fired during the Varmala/Ring ceremony.
