On-Day Wedding Coordination Service
Manpower & Logistics
- Lead Coordinator: 1 Dedicated Event Manager on-site for 2 days (Mehendi/Sangeet + Wedding) to manage the run-of-show.
- Shadow Team: 2 Assistant coordinators for guest hospitality, vendor lineup, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor Coordination: Telephonic coordination with your booked vendors (Caterer, Decorator, Photographer) starting 15 days prior.
Guest Management
- RSVP Service: Telephonic follow-up with up to 200 guests to confirm attendance.
- Transport Logistics: Route planning for guest pickups and driver roster management (vehicles not included).
- Hospitality Desk: Setup of a help desk at the hotel lobby for room allocation and check-ins.
Event Execution
- Timeline Management: Ensuring Baraat assembly, Jaimala, and food counter schedules are strictly followed.
- Ritual Assistance: Procurement of Pooja samagri (at actuals) and coordination with the Pandit.

Venue & Catering
- Venue: Rental for 2 days (Sangeet + Wedding) at a Standard Banquet Hall or Lawn in Delhi NCR.
- Menu: Vegetarian buffet spread (4 Starters, 3 Main Course, 2 Desserts, etc.) with water and standard crockery.
- Capacity: Catering for up to 500 pax (floating crowd over 2 events).
Decor & Aesthetics
- Composition: 80% High-quality artificial flowers (silk/polyester) and 20% Real flowers (Tuberoses/Marigolds).
- Stage & Mandap: 40ft wide stage with fiber backdrops and a 4-pillar Mandap structure with fabric draping.
- Ambiance: Themed entrance gate, general ambiance lighting, and LED Par cans for color washing.
- Effects: 6 Cold Pyro shots and Dry Ice (fog) effect for couple entry.
Technical & Entertainment
- Sound & DJ: Professional DJ with sound system and truss lighting.
- Photography: Team of 3 (Traditional, Candid, Video) for 2 days, including basic drone shots.
- Bridal Entry: Prop-based entry or Phoolon ki Chaadar.
Additional Services
- Bridal Makeup: HD Makeup for the bride (Main function).
- Accommodation: 6-8 Complimentary rooms at the venue for 1 night.

Event Production & Decor
- Haldi/Mehendi: Outdoor "Mela" theme with marigolds, colorful drapes, and quirky props.
- Sangeet: Indoor/Outdoor setup with 8x12 ft LED Backdrop, dance floor, and truss lighting.
- Wedding: Open-air Mandap setup with floral pillars (mix of real/artificial) and tiffany chairs.
Logistics & Entertainment
- Power: 62-125 kVA Silent Generator for function backup.
- Entertainment: Local folk artist performance and professional DJ setup.
- Transport: Booking assistance for 3 Deluxe Buses (Delhi-Venue-Delhi).

- Lighting: "Pixel" string lights with running patterns covering the front facade.
- Draping: Vertical Lycra or Satin fabric drops along balconies.

- Main Gate: Marigold (Genda) arch or fabric wrapping.
