Our Approach to Development
We believe that football is more than a sport; it is a pathway to confidence and character. Our all-girls program is structured to guide players from their first kick to competitive match readiness.
Training at the Core We operate with AFC-licensed coaches who manage our U12 to U17 squads. Training sessions are held at the Wings Sports Center in Bandra and the Cooperage Football Ground in South Mumbai. Whether it is technical drills or tactical understanding, our curriculum is standardized to ensure every player, regardless of her current skill level, receives the same quality of instruction.
The Pathway to Pro We do not just train; we open doors. Our girls are regularly scouted for state and national championships, including the SGFI Nationals. By maintaining a 1:12 to 1:15 coach-to-student ratio, we ensure that individual talent is identified and nurtured. For players showing exceptional promise, we provide pathways into our Elite Player Program, which includes video analysis and nutrition guidelines to prepare them for residential academy trials.
Why Match Experience Matters Competitiveness is learned on the field. Our teams participate year-round in the DPDL and MFA leagues. This exposure is vital for players to learn how to handle pressure, work as a unit, and adapt to different playing styles.
