Girls' Football Trials and Academy Recruitment

Our trial process is straightforward: each 60 to 90 minute session at either our Bandra or South Mumbai venues is designed to assess your current technical level for proper squad placement. You will receive direct feedback on your skill grouping—whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced—which helps us place you into the right training batch to ensure you get the most out of every session.

When you join our academy, you are not just signing up for practice; you are stepping into a structured development model that spans from your first touch to competitive match play. We run all-girls batches specifically because we know the women's game requires dedicated support and focused attention to thrive.

What to Expect During Trials

When you register for a trial, you are stepping onto premium turf at either the Wings Sports Center in Bandra or the Cooperage Football Ground. Our AFC-licensed coaches guide you through:

• Warm-up & Physical Readiness: Preparing your body for the rigors of competitive football.
• Technical Drills: Focusing on passing, dribbling, and ball control fundamentals.
• Small-Sided Games: A chance for our staff to see how you read the game and interact with teammates in real-time.

Placement & Progression

After your trial, we provide a recommendation for your squad placement—U12, U14, or U17. This ensures you are training alongside players of a similar developmental age, which is crucial for building confidence and tactical understanding. For those who show exceptional promise, we provide opportunities to join mixed teams and eventually compete in youth leagues like the DPDL and MFA, where you can put your training to the test.
