This living room, part of a reimagined villa, captures the essence of my design philosophy. By opening the space to the garden with floor-to-ceiling glass, I created a calm, light-filled sanctuary where contemporary luxury and nature coexist.
I believe in the power of transformation. This video shows the journey of Plumeria House from a raw construction site to a finished, emotionally resonant home, highlighting the dedication and craftsmanship that goes into every project.
I love using contrast to create memorable spaces. This powder room uses dramatic black stone and deep red walls to make a bold statement, proving that even small areas can be designed to be opulent and unforgettable.
This basement pool area was designed as an unexpected, indulgent escape. The warm glow from the arched niches reflects on the water, creating an immersive retreat that feels both modern and timeless.
Kitchens should be full of personality. For this space, I used calming powder blue cabinetry and a slim horizontal window that frames the garden like a living painting, making the room feel both joyful and connected to the outdoors.
Details like curtains are essential for shaping a room's mood. I follow a few key principles, such as hanging them from ceiling to floor, to create a sense of height and seamless elegance in every space I design.
This project involved retelling the story of an older home. I reframed its classic architecture with a contemporary lens, using clean lines, soft grey stone, and large glass openings to give it a renewed sense of clarity and a new identity.
A staircase is more than just a functional element; it's a sculptural opportunity. I often use metal for its versatility and modern aesthetic, allowing for efficient fabrication and designs that feel both light and structurally sound.

Whether it is a luxury living room renovation in South Delhi or a complete villa overhaul, our process begins with understanding the specific site, light, and orientation of the home. We view architecture as an exercise in balance—creating homes that belong to their landscape rather than just sitting on it.
The Art of Detail
True luxury reveals itself in the specifics. We treat the ceiling as a fifth wall, design floor-to-ceiling drapery for a sense of height, and prioritize indoor-outdoor flow by using large glass openings. Our interiors are layered, not flashy. We work with:
- Materiality: Italian marble flooring, natural wood veneers, and premium quartz for kitchens.
- Customization: Bespoke furniture and cabinetry crafted to fit the exact dimensions and needs of your family.
- Lighting: Architectural lighting plans that focus on mood and function, incorporating magnetic tracks and anti-glare downlights.
