About Timeless Newborn Portraits
These sessions are intentionally slow. I do not use flashy backgrounds or loud noises because the most beautiful portraits of your little one come from a calm, temperature-controlled environment. We focus on baby-led posing, which means if your baby needs a feeding break or simply wants to stretch, we pause. This is not about rushing to get a shot; it is about waiting for that blink-and-you-miss-it sleepy smile or a tiny hand resting on their cheek, captured naturally and comfortably.
In those first two weeks, babies are most flexible and naturally sleepier, which makes this the ideal window for those curled-up, classic poses. By stripping away complex props and vibrant distractions, I highlight the pure, angelic features of your newborn. We work with neutral textures—soft linens, hand-knitted wraps, and raw cotton—to keep the focus entirely on those little eyelashes, the grip of their fingers, and their unique, delicate skin.
All sessions take place in my Girgaon studio, which is kept warm and cozy to ensure your baby feels secure throughout the process. I have a wide collection of sanitized, premium wraps and headbands that we can use to style your session. Whether you prefer a simple basket setup, a soft beanbag pose, or a clean white background, the goal is always the same: a timeless portrait that captures this fleeting stage of life.
