Turnkey Pickleball Court Construction
Civil & Foundation
- Base Preparation: Leveling and compaction of existing ground.
- Concrete Slab: 4-inch reinforced concrete cement (RCC) or Asphalt base using M20/M25 grade mix.
- Finish: VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring) finish to ensure zero undulations and proper slope for drainage.
Synthetic Surface System
- Layering: 5 to 8-layer specialized acrylic sports surface (Synthetic Hard Court).
- Composition: Includes primer, cushion layers (rubberized granules), and anti-glare color topcoats.
- Marking: International Pickleball Federation (IPF) standard line marking in anti-skid textured paint.
Enclosure & Equipment
- Fencing: 10-12 ft high GI coated chain-link fencing with 2-inch mesh gap.
- Lighting: 4 to 6 pole setup with 200W-300W LED floodlights delivering 300-500 Lux.
- Hardware: Heavy-duty fixed steel posts and professional-grade nylon mesh net.
Warranty
- Coverage: 1-year warranty against surface bubbling or peeling.
Multi-Sport Turf Arena Construction
Civil & Structural Work
- Base: PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) base preparation with slope and French drain system.
- Steel Cage: Heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) structure fabrication including vertical columns and top trusses.
- Coating: Anti-rust epoxy coating and enamel painting of the steel structure.
Playing Surface
- Grass: 50mm to 60mm pile height monofilament artificial grass (FIFA Quality style).
- Infill: Silica sand and SBR rubber granule infill for shock absorption.
- Joinery: Professional seaming using specialized joint tapes and turf adhesive.
Netting & Electricals
- Safety Net: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) braided netting for sides and ceiling (Box Netting).
- Lighting: Overhead LED Floodlights designed for shadow-reduction during night matches.
Usage Scope
- Optimized for 5-a-side / 7-a-side Football and Box Cricket.
Squash Court Interior Fit-Out
Sports Flooring
- Wood: Northern Hard Maple or high-grade Beech wooden sports flooring system.
- Sub-floor: Suspended wooden system with air-cushion rubber pads for shock absorption.
- Finish: Anti-skid polyurethane (PU) polish suitable for high-grip squash movement.
Wall System
- Plaster: High-impact hard plaster (Rebound plaster) on front and side walls to prevent chalking.
- Glass Back: 12mm toughened safety glass with fins and standard glass door with patch fittings.
- Tin Board: Installation of the sound board at the bottom of the front wall (17 or 19 inches).
Lighting & Marking
- Lights: LED High Bay or Panel lights achieving minimum 500 Lux uniform brightness.
- Lines: Red play lines marking service, cut lines, and out lines per WSF dimensions.
Exclusions
- Strictly for the court conversion; excludes construction of the external brick/concrete room shell.

What I Build
I design and construct facilities for all sorts of sports. My main thing is squash courts - I've built more than I can count, and each one's got its own vibe. I also work on tennis, badminton, padel, and pickleball courts, using synthetic sports flooring that lasts, even with heavy use. For team sports, I build basketball arenas and football turfs. If someone wants a multi-sport arena design with a gym or swimming pool, I do that too. Everything's tailored - no copy-paste work.

My approach is simple. I start with your idea, listen to what you need, and plan every detail. I handle the construction from start to finish, making sure the space is safe, durable, and ready for action. You get a game-ready facility construction, not just an empty box.

My Story
We started SportsXL because sport gave us everything – grit, joy, heartbreak. We saw kids with crazy talent but not enough chances, so we built courts from scratch.
