About this collection
When you hire me for a stage setup, you get more than just drapes and flowers. I focus on the timing of your entry. My technicians work directly with your photographer to sync the cold pyro fountains and dry ice fog exactly when you step onto the stage, so you do not miss that perfect shot.
My goal with every stage is to create a visual impact. For weddings, I work with a 24 to 30 foot wide stage setup, suitable for large banquet halls or open grounds. This allows space for a grand artificial flower wall, usually consisting of 90 percent high-quality artificial red, white, or pink flowers with architectural cuts and arches.
The Varmala Moment
The varmala ceremony is the climax of your wedding entry. To make it count, I integrate technology directly into the stage:
- Cold Pyrotechnics: I use 6 to 8 units of indoor-safe, non-flammable sparklers. These are synchronized by my team to trigger the moment you exchange garlands.
- Dry Ice Fog: This creates a low-lying cloud effect at knee level, which adds that dramatic, dreamy layer for your photos.
- Spinning Pyro Wheels: These provide a constant background of sparks, ideal for couple performances.
Practical Details
I include essential infrastructure to make the setup functional. Every stage comes with a 2-seater Maharaja style couple sofa and side chairs, with clean red or white carpeting. For lighting, I install 6 to 8 LED PAR cans to wash the floral backdrop in colors that match your wedding theme.
I handle the logistics for weddings across the Delhi NCR. Because my setups include electrical firing systems for pyros and fog machines, I recommend booking at least 15 days in advance so I can visit the venue and coordinate with the local lighting team.
